These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Postfolk. By using Postfolk, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Postfolk. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Use accurate information and keep your account secure.
User Content
You keep ownership of the letters, profile content, images, and other content you submit. You grant Postfolk permission to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Postfolk to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, or exploit others.
- Send unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harmful content.
- Share private information about another person without permission.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
- Interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
Safety Tools
Postfolk may provide blocking, reporting, moderation, and account controls. We may remove content or restrict accounts when we believe these terms or safety rules have been violated.
Approximate Location
Postfolk uses approximate postal locations for social and delivery-style features. You are responsible for choosing a location that you are comfortable sharing with friends.
Third-Party Services
Postfolk may rely on third-party services such as app stores, hosting providers, maps, authentication providers, analytics, diagnostics, and infrastructure services. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply.
App Stores
If you download Postfolk from Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store terms also apply. The app store provider is not responsible for Postfolk support, claims, or maintenance except as required by its own terms.
Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Postfolk at any time. We will try to avoid disrupting your experience where reasonably possible.
Disclaimers
Postfolk is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postfolk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Termination
You may stop using Postfolk at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, or use the service unlawfully.
